The handsome gentleman working the desk this evening made my bad day end on a high note! I wish I had asked his name- an attractive older man, thin with gray hair. The room is the best I could hope for, and all because of this angel they have working!

This hotel deserves a NEGATIVE star review. I have no idea how it manages to have a 4.1. It was the most utterly filthy and disgusting place I've ever been. Not even sure where to start...the floor was caked with human hair and gunk. There were many holes in the walls which were so filthy that they were sticky. The microwave looked like someone splashed a pint of blood in it. The fridge - same, except with some kind of mold, as well. $75 to stay here is utterly absurd. You would be better off sleeping outside somewhere.

The previous time I stayed here before, I had no issues. But today 12/9/22 is a different story. Not only is this the second room that was assigned to me (previous room 115, was dirty and linens had not been changed) but the second room 223 is not any better. I will resume my stay, but I will not use this hotel in the future or recommend friends or family to this business. Not only am I disappointed but checking in system isn’t welcoming at all. You would think the rooms were better than they are based off of the strict regulations, but that is not the case.

Rooms are big! Upon entry I couldn't ignore how clean it looked and how fresh the room smelled, the clerk even allowed me to check in early. Informed me of an early check in fee , PRIOR to charging me , in which I appreciated completely. I like the fact that the property is so small, enough to supervise. Also enjoy the fact how it's smack dab in the middle of a great shopping center. There's a Walmart, plasma donation center, several food chains to choose from. Whether fast food, real food, raw sushi ! You name it. Great location!

This hotel is very nice for the price. I have stayed here twice and the service was great. The office is very nice. The owner is super nice. That's why I gave them a good rating.

I cannot express how grateful I am right now for this Hotel. We came to Houston expecting to stay with family but it did not turn as planned. We initially tried checking into another hotel but the person lied to us about the bed sizes we were getting. We spent 2 hours trying to find another hotel that could fit me and my children and finally got lucky here. The gentleman at the counter was so friendly and even upgraded us, free of charge, after I told him about our experience with the other hotel. The room is clean and he placed us conveniently next to an elevator knowing I had to carry a little one. Thank you so much for turning our stressful night around! ❤❤

We check in this past friday01/17/2023 and the guy who works front desk is really rude and he treat us like were asking for a free room... no hot water in our room and he offer us another room to shower but the room was dirty... we complained about it and he proceeded to tell us don't shower then !! Just come to talk to the manager in the morning like he didn't care... you need to train him better... bad experience with this hotel.

This place is absolutely filthy and nasty!! The rooms are run down and not well kept! Do NOT book here! See the photos I've attached. I booked one night here and will NEVER stay here again. The bed was hard and gross and literally had 3 measly pillows on the bed. The sheets were dirty and I highly doubt Covid cleaning is being done. The furniture was worn, there was mold, MOLD in the bathroom, the room smelt like wet mold and cigarette smoke. Definitely not worth $80 for one night. I had the most uncomfortable night and felt like I would catch something here. Gross, gross, gross.
